Tickets, products and food sold by Saraswati Foundation for Arts & Environment are final upon purchase and cannot be modified, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances. Products sold by Saraswati Foundation for Arts & Environment may not be cancelled or refunded. They may be exchanged for item of same or less value.

No-Refund, No-Cancellation Clarifications

• All sales are final.
• Lost, misplaced, or unused tickets, products or food will not be replaced or refunded.
• No guarantees are provided during shipping.
• Changing the date or time of visit or reservation is not permitted.
• Group bookings fall under the same no-cancel, no-refund rule.
